I can't say which programs are best. What I can do
is suggest that you go to the Master Divers web
site (http://www.n2.net/diving/) and go to the
'Divers and Parents' heading and click on it. It
is a listing of colleges throughout the US that I
have found that offer diving. If you have any
questions about it, send me an email.
