The differences aren't that major, especially if you consider that diving was initially started by gymnasts.
There is not one site that I know of. And, even if there was, the individual league rules can be so very different, it would be a lot to read.
Try to get with someone in your area to assist you. A local diving club. A summer diving team. Maybe someone at the schools has diving experience.
