in ohio it is a max of 4.5 if your arms are up. so i am not complaining about that, but...
why in the hell do u girls need to wear body glitter to a diving meet. it is only gonna get washed off as soon as u enter the water and it u think it is gonna make u look anybetter. u are wron b/c all the girls are gonna look the same with no makeup and wet hair. but yes i do agree with u on the fact that no hair bands on the wrist is stupid.
i am sorry i sound like an ass hole it is just i dont see why u need all that glitter stuff to dive.
