during my high school diving career Our team lost its diving coach but not the program what our swim coach did was purchased the diving my way book and video by Ron O'brien its a little old, but it worked it teaches fundamentals of approaches, body positions, starting and stopping summersaults and twists in all catagories. if you haven't found any thing that works yet try it out
it got me a college scholarship any way.
