WOMEN'S DIVING COACH at Illinois
State University, a Division I institution, members of
the Missouri Valley Conference.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and conduct practice sessions for
diving program at the Division I level, assist with the administrative
responsibilities for the total swimming/diving program, assist
with meet planning and conduct of home meets, assume recruiting
responsibilities for the diving program within guidelines
of ISU and NCAA policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree, coaching and/or participant
experience preferably at the collegiate level, thorough knowledge
of competitive diving and the ability to communicate that
knowledge in identifying, recruiting and coaching quality
athletes, ability to communicate and work effectively with
colleagues and student-athletes.
BENEFIT: US Diving Club team with 40 divers on roster. The
ISU diving coach will have the use of the facility at ISU
to continue teaching diving to children in the community.
Opportunity to use the ISU pool and dormitories for summer
camps.
SALARY: Graduate Assistantship plus stipend.
