Trying
Too Hard? by Wayane Oras |
All of the
unhappy divers I have seen felt unhappy/frustrated because
they missed their dive(s) unintentionally. They actually
intended to nail the dives for perfect scores to please
the coach, their parents or themselves but it just didn't
happen. What did it happen? more

To the bitter
disappointment of coach Kurt Hass, the IHSAA has upheld
Saturdays sectional disqualification of Franklin
Community High School sophomore diver Anesa Beard.
Easily one
of the states top divers, Beard was banned from
sectional competition for removing an elastic band from
her hair and putting it on her wrist before her first
dive. more

The
Diving Video Game |
Lots of fun. |
The diver is on a 10 meter platform. You pick from
fronts, backs, inwards and reverse. No twisters yet!
With a little practice you can pike out of somersaults.
Have fun

Gymnastics
to Diving |
by
Jen Busby |
"The transition to diving was relatively easy
and my gymnastics background was my biggest asset. My
official diving career started just four months after
my accident when I went out for my high school team
as a freshman. In fact, my arm had only been out of
a cast for one month. I had some success my first year
but spent most of my time learning how to do the required
dives. Following my first year at the high school,"
